Oppo Find N5 Specs Sheet Revealed in TENAA Listing, Hints at Flagship Power and Durability

The upcoming Oppo Find N5, the latest entry in the brand’s foldable smartphone lineup, has surfaced on China’s TENAA certification platform, revealing key specifications ahead of its anticipated launch. The listing confirms several upgrades, including a powerful chipset, robust battery, and a camera system tailored for photography enthusiasts.

According to the TENAA filing, the Find N5 will feature a 7.8-inch foldable LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, paired with a 6.5-inch outer screen—ideal for one-handed use. Under the hood, the device is rumored to pack a 4,800mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging, a significant leap from its predecessor. The camera setup includes a triple-lens rear system headlined by a 50MP primary sensor, alongside a 48MP ultrawide lens and a 32MP telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom.

Design-wise, recent leaks showcased in live images highlight a sleeker hinge mechanism and a refined matte-glass back panel. Notably, the device is confirmed to debut with an IPX9 water-resistance rating, a rarity in foldables, as detailed in an earlier report. This upgrade suggests Oppo is prioritizing durability without compromising the phone’s slim profile.

While the TENAA listing doesn’t explicitly name the processor, industry insiders speculate it could leverage ARM’s newly unveiled chip architecture. ARM recently announced its first in-house smartphone chipset, designed for flagship devices, with Meta confirmed as an early adopter. If Oppo follows suit, the Find N5 might harness this silicon to boost AI performance and energy efficiency—critical for multitasking on foldable displays.

Storage options are expected to range up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, while software will likely run on ColorOS 14 based on Android 15. Pricing remains under wraps, but the Find N5 is poised to compete with Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold series and Google’s Pixel Fold.

For those eager to secure the device upon release, Oppo’s previous models have been available through major retailers, including Amazon. While an official launch date is unconfirmed, the TENAA certification typically precedes a release within weeks. Stay tuned for updates as Oppo prepares to redefine the foldable landscape once again.
